The Chisholm Trail Metropolitan Planning Organization (CTMPO) is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Chisholm Trail Urbanized Area, as defined by the U.S. Census. Any urbanized area or contiguous urbanized areas, as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau, containing a population of greater than 50,000 are required to have an MPO.
